Valkyrie Grappling Academy is proudly sanctioned by USA Judo, the United States Judo Association (USJA), and the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), upholding recognized standards of excellence in martial arts instruction, athlete development, and competition. We cater to all ages and all levels, from new athletes to competitors.

ADULTS JUDO
Build strength, discipline, and confidence while learning one of the world’s most respected martial arts. Our Adult Judo classes focus on throws, balance, and technique in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll challenge yourself physically and mentally while being part of a strong community.

ADULTS JIU JITSU
Learn self-defense, fitness, and strategy with our Adult Jiu Jitsu classes. Known as the “gentle art,” Jiu Jitsu teaches leverage and technique over strength, making it ideal for anyone looking to improve fitness, resilience, and problem-solving on the mat. Train with experienced coaches in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

KIDS JUDO
Give your child the chance to develop confidence, discipline, and respect through Judo. Our Kids Judo classes combine fun and skill-building, teaching balance, coordination, and focus in a safe environment. Kids gain valuable life skills while making new friends and staying active.
